Preparing steering committees
A steering committee is prepared with up-to-date figures: documents, schedule, budget, alerts. Equerio describes the project's governance bodies and produces their packs from your templates, with the project's data.

The organisation's meeting types
Each meeting type states its nature, its usual length, its standard agenda and its templates, Word and PowerPoint. The organisation's administrator maintains them; the projects' governance bodies are made from them.
The project's governance bodies
Steering committee, technical committee, investment committee, site meeting: each governance body of the project has its type, its members and its domain. A member is an account with access to the project, or a person from the directory, with their role in the body. A guest from whom the body's domain is hidden sees nothing of it.
A committee pack, in PowerPoint
From the documents screen, produce a committee pack from one of your organisation's PowerPoint templates, or from one of Equerio's standard templates, with or without the budget: context, phases, schedule, programme and floor areas, budget, alerts and deadlines, decisions.
The figures come from the project: expected and received documents by phase, milestones of the schedule in force, open alerts, financial summary. The charts are native PowerPoint charts, which can then be edited like any chart. The pack is produced in PowerPoint or as a PDF.
A pack that carries a financial figure belongs to the financial domain: only those who can read that domain can read it.
Word documents, from your templates
Letter, instruction, minutes, transmittal: your Word templates are filled in with the project's data, as an editable document or as a PDF. A tag from a domain you cannot read causes the generation to be refused. The document produced enters the project like any document: it is screened, then filed.
Prepare the meeting
- The dashboard shows what calls for a decision: missing documents, documents to review, values read awaiting approval, suggested phase changes.
- The portfolio analysis shows the progress, schedule variances, deadlines and alerts of each project.
