Keeping the schedule and deadlines
A project's schedule changes often: what matters is knowing which version is in force, and what has slipped since the baseline. Equerio keeps the schedule of each project stage in versions, and brings the project's deadlines together in one place.

A schedule in versions
The schedule of each project stage is kept in versions. A published version no longer changes: only progress and actuals can still be entered; to change it, you create a new version from it. Among the published versions, one is in force and another is the baseline: each set by its own step, separate from publishing.
Enter, paste, import
- A grid, where you paste rows copied from a spreadsheet; indentation shows what a group contains.
- The Gantt chart, with the mouse or the keyboard: move a task, change its dates, its progress.
- Import of an .xlsx or .csv file of up to 10 MB, exported from your scheduling software.
- Links between tasks: a link says that one task waits for another; it flags inconsistent dates, without moving any task.
Compare with the baseline
The chart shows planned dates, actual progress and the baseline. Two versions can be compared task by task. On a phone, the screen shows the milestones of the version in force and the late tasks.
The project's deadlines
Deadlines come from the due dates of expected documents, the dates in the project file and the documents read. For example:
- the end of an insurance policy;
- the end of the appeal period for a permit, and its expiry;
- the end of validity of a quote received;
- the end of a guarantee;
- the due date of an action.
Alerts that open and close by themselves
An alert opens when the state of the project makes it true, and closes when it no longer is: deadline approaching or passed, missing document, late tasks in the schedule, schedule drifting from the baseline, new schedule version received. An alert can be muted for a while.
The project's dashboard
It brings together what calls for a decision, the documents of the current phase, the deadlines, the state of the project file, the financial position for those who can read it, and the latest exchanges.
Tasks and calendar
The project's calendar, by week or by month, automatically shows the meetings in the project file and the due dates of expected documents, actions and signatures. An event you add appears there; it is not sent to anyone.
“My tasks” brings together the tasks assigned to you across all your projects, late ones first. A task also appears automatically when a signature has been waiting for more than five days, or when an upload link you sent expires unused.
